Slum Family Survey

To study the case of Poverty of a family Sr. Asha Ohol a full time Social Worker visits the slums. She interviews the  Family head and knows the condition of the family, their struggles, Difficulties to raise family. yet times, a child  has been looked after by the grand parents who is an orphan or having a single Parent who find difficult to educate the child. so Prem Dan finds such families and educates their children in a good recognized School by sponsoring their fees. so that the child will be able to stand on his/her feet in order to support the family in the long run.

Prem Dan too caters to the  women who are slum dwellers, different courses in order to “Learn and Earn”. meaning if the mother in the family knows to earn, the family will be fed well, children will behave well and learn to face the society with dignity. Therefore We thank the sponsors for their support and concern for Prem Dan Children.
