A day when a brother pledges his love for his sister. The sister ties a colourful and designed thread or rakhi on her brother’s right hand a symbol of love and protection.
On the 29th and 31st of August our children from Garden School were invited by Campion and St. Anne’s school to tie rakhies and to accept rakhies from the children of both schools. Games were organized for them along with snacks and gifts. It was a beautiful mingling of children, where innocence of heart and mind were the building blocks of friendship.
